Description
My neighbor has big construction, working trucks, multiple of them and trailers and forklifts every day at 6 AM to 7 AM there’s Loud, noses outside of my window outside of the house because his workers get here and they’re preparing to go to work and the trucks are so big. They block a lot of parking and it’s getting to a point and it’s very annoying and I’m pretty sure it violates a lot of Oakland’s city rules.
