This constitutes an illegal street obstruction. Sidewalk Obstruction & Dumping: The dumpster is left out in the public right-of-way 25/7. Additionally, uncontained trash and debris consistently spill onto the sidewalk and surrounding road area, creating a severe sanitation hazard and blocking pedestrian walkways. Daytime & Weekend Noise Nuisance: The business operates heavy machinery during the day, generating disruptive noise that frequently extends into the weekends, violating local peace and quiet standards for the neighborhood. Requested Action: Please dispatch a Code Enforcement officer to inspect the illegal structure in the public right-of-way, issue citations for the ongoing trash/sidewalk blockages, and review the business's compliance with Oakland noise ordinances.
