Description

City staff at community rec center harrassing latino guy. As a distant observer, I could see the scene unfold. Older woman yelling at him about a dog, then 3 .minutes later 2 kids enter park and walk across. Older woman returns to yell at man. I went over to the loc to check on him but before I got to him an older long Grey haired Caucasian woman with a 12-13 year old boy backing her up entered the park from the center side going toward man yelling. I intercepted and told her I had seen the situation and told her to stop yelling at the man. I informed her it is not OK to bring a kid from the centers program out to confront a stranger in this park as its not exactly a safe neighborhood. She cooled down and left. She has a reputation for bulling people which needs to stop. Knowing there are risks in the park but continue to walk the kids thru it is insane and puts the city at risk too. They can walk 50 feet and go around the park. That keep city and kids safe. Never use kids as backup to confront strangers there. 2 months ago, me and another woman were held gunpoint by stranger there in bushes. Please walk the kids around and dont use them to confront strangers.
