Pedestrian crossing Franklin St with red hand sign. She forced me to brake and slow down at green light. Reduced the speed to 20 mi/hr is not the appropriate solution, if the pedestrian never followed the light. They cross the street whenever they like. Pedestrians are always right but the drivers are always wrong or at fault. Re-designd the street to 2 lanes was terrible. With double parked on both side occasionally, delivery trucks, customer stopped by the bank, and more.
