Description
Drivers mistake the shoulder lane on the downhill side of Lincoln Ave at Josiah Royce and illegally pass on the right in the downhill direction. It’s an easy fix to end the line on the street or paint horizontal lines to indicate it is a shoulder and not a lane. Two cars passed me on the right just today. This is a busy intersection and drop off area for HeadRoyce school.
