Description
Still unchanged along this stretch of Mandela Parkway: tents and RVs, piles of accumulated debris, discarded needles and loose off-leash dogs remain on the block, same as when I filed on Oct 27, 2026 (prior ticket #23116978). Nothing has been cleared since, so this is a continuing hazard.
