The recently installed fencing at the closed businesses has been opened, and people are now living inside the property and accumulating belongings and dumped materials. There is a visible gap beside the green temporary fence, with trash and bulky items also scattered across the sidewalk and curb. Please urgently inspect the property, coordinate outreach to those staying inside, and contact the property owner to repair and properly secure the fencing against further unauthorized entry. The accumulated trash needs to be removed from both inside the property and the surrounding public walkway. Please address this ASAP before conditions worsen and provide an update on the response.
