I submitted the original request back in February and still have not received response nor action. After EBMUD replaced the water lines on our block, their street patching created multiple raised areas that now creates pooling and flooding in front of the building. I fear that with the forecasted el nino, this area will flood even more. Can I please get an action plan? I've been the building manager since 2008 and this pooling did not exist prior to EBMUD's water line install.
