large oak tree by curb is in dire need of pruning and crowning. Other than the city taking large fallen branches away and PG&E chopping channels through top branches to reach the wires, there has been no service on this city tree for 7 yrs I've been a resident. The tree is also killing the short, flat (also-city) tree pictured on the left. Attached images show two prior fallen branches. we were able to pull them from the center of the road but in one case a large branch fell on & damaged a parked car. The shade the tree provides is invaluable, on top of the better air and aesthetics so definitely don't want it to be simply chopped down. fourth request in four years at this point.
