Description
The property owner is neglecting the apartments at 698 Spruce Street and he did not complete the repairs and remodeling of units, leaving windows opened, missing, and doors unsecured for homeless people to trespass, creating safety risks. Please inspect all apartment units 692, 694, 696, 698 for safety. Squatters have move into some of the units, creating health and fire hazards. Lots of garbage and human waste accumulating and not being properly removed from property.
