Description
Over the past two months, a homeless man has moved in his RV and started to expand the area that he occupies. He just put up wood walls and had a team of people in to assemble it. He is also extending the front side of his RV for a dining room area and has built a contraption to act as a makeshift patio with electricity and seating. This is within 20 feet of where I live. Is there nothing we can do about it?
