It routinely overflows with garbage and bulky items (such as abandoned mattresses), and regularly attracts individuals sorting through contents late at night and early morning, causing severe sanitation and noise disruptions. Requesting immediate investigation, servicing, and permanent relocation of this dumpster away from the residential entrance."
