Description
A single unhoused person has now increased to 2 unhoused people living next to the Rockridge library on Manila. The amount of belongings has grown, including 2 mattresses and a large living room chair, collection of boxes, shopping cart. Children and elders are coming and going to the library, it is difficult to walk by on the sidewalk, it is not safe or sanitary. Can someone offer housing options to the folks living here?
