Description
I was under the impression that blocking a driveway in CA was illegal even your own. And especially at this location where a fire nearly burned the complex down. But the same car with no regard for anyone else continues to block the driveway and if the fire department had to get by they wouldn't be able to but as long as that guy us comfortable that's all that matters.
