Description
Trashcan fire on the sidewalk, causing melted plastic, stuck to the light post and ground. We did our best to clean up and to remove the plastic, but it’s too stuck and we don’t have the tools to remove it. Will need some sort of cutting tool to get it into pieces, manageable enough to throw away.
