Hello, I am attempting to resolve an egress issue. On 10/24/28 I encountered workers installing a large solar storage battery on my neighbor's wall, extending approximately 14" and leaving only a few inches for my vehicle to pass down my driveway which abuts the wall. I believe that there is an easement which allows my egress and requires both myself and my neighbor to agree on any changes. Also since I have been using this driveway for over 40 years I believe a prescriptive easement has been established. In addition, this installation of high voltage electrical equipment where there is vehicular traffic is without protection such as bollards, which cannot be installed at this location without crossing the property line.
