Description
The playground lights at Lincoln are out because the power at Lincoln Square is shut off. This is in preparation for the Lincoln Recreation Center demolition. The power at the clubhouse (250 11th Avenue) is still working. Maybe power from that site could power the lights on the playground? The playground is still being used.
