These two bike racks outside the Citi bank at 12th and Webster are extremely loose and could be pried out of the sidewalk. Not a secure place to lock a bicycle or scooter etc, and not at all obvious at first glance so someone is gonna get their stuff stolen sooner or later. It is a fancy but stupid rack design (chosen by some idiot architect for the stupid condos above the bank?) and it uses some sort of hidden anchor system so there's no obvious way to tighten or inspect. Please repair this with a long-lasting fix or else replace with a "normal' bike rack that has exposed bolt flanges.
