Standing water pools along the curbs on the 5500 block of Thomas Avenue, including in front of several neighboring houses. Algae grows in the pooled water, and mosquitoes breed there. Please inspect the curb and gutter grading and drainage, and assess what repairs are needed to prevent the pooling.
