Description
Group of unknown men running an illegal / unlicensed auto repair shop on private and public property on residential street for last 3/4 months. Seems to be based out of apt complex at 524 45th St. Constant use of loud power tools; unending stream of damaged Toyota Priuses taking up parking spots, leaking oil, littering with broken auto parts. Noise often lasts all day into the night; often till 10:30 PM. High likelihood of criminal activity. Definite public nuisance.
