Drivers on Northbound Seminary Ave cannot see the signal at Outlook Ave until they come around the curve, often too late to stop because they are driving too fast. Drivers regularly run the red light at very high speeds. There was a fatal crash at this location in 2024 and regular accidents occur. I've almost been hit at this intersection multiple times because people come around the corner so quickly and often run the light. Please evaluate signal visibility on this approach and consider a Signal Ahead sign with flashers. A traffic camera for people who run the red light is also probably needed. A northbound speed bump before the curve could be another option.
