Another tent has gone up here. More garbage, syringes, dumped waste. 1 to 5 people seem to be using the tents as a den for drug use and prostitution. Inhabitants have been witnessed engaging in public masturbation in front of passing children and openly smoking what is likely fentanyl. Currently serves as a monument to Oakland's culture: families pay taxes to walk through feces and drug refuse while the tent inhabitants try to expose themselves to passing children and have violent drug psychosis.
