Large red graffiti tags now cover several sections of the street-facing wall near Four Bell Market and Liquor at 1065 98th Ave. I also frequently see people gathering and drinking outside the market. This is a highly visible stretch of 98th Ave, and the graffiti makes the area look neglected. Please prioritize removing or painting over all the tags shown in the attached photo and follow up on the recurring outdoor drinking.
