Exterior wall structural integrity possibly compromised due to shower drain leak in subfloor. (See photos). Cracked concrete supporting exterior stairs/landings. (Front and back - see photo). Documented mold, asbestos, and lead contamination. (Full report not shared by management company). Heat works but can't use due to unknown extent of mold, asbestos, and lead contamination.
