Constituent concern a large RV has appeared back at a site that was previously closed meaning no re encampments no illegal dumping. Trash accumulation could be coming from the rv or the folks inside the fenced area at elmhurst park.please address this matter as soon as possible thank you so much city council aide Dist 7 Nelida
