Description
Hanover is covered in large potholes (some as long as half a car in length), bumps, cracks, and loose aggregate. It has been many years since the last re-paving (which didn't even include the entire street). Conditions have gotten worse after the EBMUD pipe project, and as a major residential street that heavy trucks also drive through, they will continue to rapidly deteriorate. Residents and drivers would appreciate re-paving starting from Brooklyn Ave down to the lake.
