Homeless Encampment

Description
Mosswood Park is experiencing homelessness near the Community Gardening area (corner of Webster & MacArthur). Park patrons report rodents running onto the basketball courts from the trash pile next to the unhoused individuals. Please send someone to clean up the trash and remove the unhoused person from the park. We already contacted MACRO and other City Services to help the individuals. They declined the services. This one encampment is attracting others to sleep in the park as well.
