East side of Oak St between 3rd and 4th Streets - significant & sharp depression within almost the entirety of the temporary curbside bike lane installed recently as part of the construction staging for the Caltrans/ACTC Oakland Alameda Access Project. Please resolve this hazard ASAP to avoid any bicyclist crashes.
