Description
This man was in the park with his dogs and took the leashes off which raises a major concern while playing with my daughter in the park. I witnessed a few months ago when a child was attacked by a dog in the field on Raccine, which is where alot of dog owners like to take their dogs, even though there are a numerous amount of "No Dog" signs posted around the park.
