Description
Street sweeping has given up on the 2400 block of Linden St. Other cases make it sound like this is happening on Chesnut, too. There is a 'van lord' living on that block who operates a tow truck and is constantly towing in vans for encampment, as well as various wrecked or compromised vehicles for parts, resale, and to obstruct public works access. Please resume enforcement and restore order to our blocks! Our neighborhood does not deserve to be abandoned.
