This report documents the ongoing deterioration of public safety, sanitation, and accessibility in our neighborhood due to a high concentration of unauthorized street encampments and permanently parked, inhabited recreational vehicles (RVs). Over the past several weeks, the area has seen a significant influx of vehicle-dwellers and makeshift shelters. This has led to critical levels of trash accumulation, blocked public rights-of-way, public health risks, and severe safety hazards for local residents and property owners. Immediate municipal intervention, vehicle law enforcement, and environmental cleanup are urgently required.
