Homeless encampment: people are squatting in the shed at the back of the parking lot at 1330 Jackson St (14th & Jackson, by the shut-down McDonald's). The shed door stands open with bedding visible inside, and trash is accumulating around it. The lot is immediately next to a daycare. Dumping from this encampment has been reported repeatedly this week (#23154309 on Nov 2, #23171463 on Nov 4) and the Councilmember's office has been contacted, with no action so far. Requesting the city's encampment team address the shed and the lot.
