Homeless Encampment

Description
The encampment on Mandela Parkway in West Oakland is still there, and the sidewalk is now completely blocked — a trailer, tents, carts, and piles of belongings take up the whole walkway. There is no way through on foot, so I'm forced to walk my children in the street with the traffic just to get past. It's dangerous, and families shouldn't have to do this. Photo attached showing the encampment covering the sidewalk. Please clear it so the sidewalk is safe to walk on again.
