My tenant suspect their neighbors (3007 E. 22nd Street, Oakland, CA 94601) built an illegal chicken and pigeon coop in the back. Not only they make lot of noise, but attract unwanted rodents. As in the attached photos, the rodents dig underground and made tunnels into my tenant's garage bringing dead chickens and pigeons' left over and ton of un-sanitation ground dirt into their garage. This has been going on over 2 years now. Also, my tenants suspect that their neighbor extended the primary resident living space without building planning permits. Please inspect and enforce the current violations. Have them clean up the mess and restore the living neighborhood standard.
