Description
Good afternoon! MacArthur Blvd in Oakland CA is the key route. But the intersection of MacArthur Blvd and Coolidge Ave always get traffic jam because the time set for MacArthur Blvd last only 5 seconds. It's unreasonable. It should be set 20 seconds for MacArthur Blvd direction and 10 or 15 seconds for Coolidge Ave direction. Please help us adjust the time for traffic lights. Thanks
