Newly installed a light on apartment building floods the entire block with extremely bright blue light. The neighbors residing on the entire east side of Dana St between Alcatraz and North have to close their blinds to avoid the bright blue light from pouring into their living spaces at night. Note the cars shadows. The light is pointed directly out from the wall and shines everywhere. The property owner was contacted over two weeks ago and still has not changed or removed the light.
