Description
A contractor dumped leftover concrete into Beaconsfield Canyon, a city open space, behind this house. This canyon is the site of a long term volunteer effort to reduce fire hazards and restore habitat. The concrete covered some native plants volunteers had planted. Moreover we don’t want to encourage dumping of any kind in the canyon.
