Illegal Dumping – mattress/boxspring
Open
Requested
Description
Located on Foothill Blvd side of 1600 Lakeshore Ave. Homeless people tossed over the fence to El Portal Restaurant and we had to clean up broken glass. This shouldn’t be out on the sidewalk for longer than a week and a half. But it’s been here for 3 weeks. Are the materials blocking the street it asks? Yes at times it does block the street and potentially causing an accident. Thanks for your help
