Description
I asked for this abandoned recycling bin to be removed. It has just been moved to block the sidewalk. It has been here untouched for two weeks, with trash overflowing everywhere on 27th and into traffic off of Northgate. Terrible eyesore. Please have someone remove this bin and take the trash with it.
