The problem continues, and none of my attempts to communicate w OPD, my City Council Representative or the Oakland Mayor's office have had any results. I've given up sleep from 2 to 7 am four nights a week and my health is affected. However, this report is urgent! because this is a Spanish speaking location, my neighbors want to call ICE; I'm telling them not to, and Im worried because there are families with children on the same block I can't express on words how frustrating this situation has been and the negative effects on my life since May, but I want appropriate action by the City of Oakland, not measures that threaten innocent people in the community!!
