Description
My neighbors (at 1375 Drake) had a really loud, wild party last night that extended well beyond 3am. I tried to remedy the situation by calling the non-emergency dispatch number, but the line was down. It is still down this morning. What are we supposed to do with in this situation when the police department is totally unreachable? Will this line be repaired?
