Description
Downtown San Leandro asked if we could repair a broken lid above a water meter on Callan Ave right on the line inside the Centro Callan/Sprouts garage. However, since it goes to the water meter, is this something we would repair or EBMUD? Or does this fall to the property owner? Thank you!
