Description
Victoria Circle is a mess. My neighbors and I cleaned Victoria Avenue and the east side of the circle the day after Halloween and it wasn’t bad. This week it looks horrible on both sides. There’s no trashcan on the east side and the trash can on the west side is overflowing, with bottles of urine laying on the ground. There has been someone living in a station wagon at Victoria Circle for the past few weeks, and it hasn’t been a problem, but now the car is so stuffed full of trash that it’s spilling out onto the street. Silver-ish Subaru, license number NEBX371.
