Street light is incorrectly timed. A. When going southbound, the left turn signal now only lasts 15 seconds. Why??? B. At the same time, the Lincoln Ave southbound direction remains red for no apparent reason when both the left turn and SB Lincoln Ave signals should both be green, as always in the past. C. It appears the EB Hammondale light automatically is defaulting to green every signal change when there is no traffic. This is adding to the ongoing traffic delays. The light timing at this intersection continues to be a real mess! When first upgraded a few years ago, the lights remained activated I one direction up to 60 seconds or until all traffic passed. The signals p would change depending solely on actual traffic patterns, rather than being timed. This was working fantastically until some traffic engineer "improved" it. The last problem is the street is in terrible shape at Lincoln/Hammondale and Prospect Ave and is getting worse. Please repair the street condition at this intersection.
