Description
Parking meter 4T1536 on the 1500 block of Fourth Street is completely dead. The screen is blank, the buttons do nothing, and the card reader would not accept a card. I was cited at 12:19 PM on 10/24/2026 (citation SR10109639) for an expired meter while the meter could not take payment. Please inspect and repair, and please log this fault.
