This location is right on Vivian St across from Country Club Bowl. I need to know if this red curb was painted by the city or painted illegally by the business that right in front of the painted curb. The reason is because parking spots were painted by the city and this specif spot also shows a parking spot. However, it looks like it was painted illegally by the business so that they can load and unload their produce.
