Description
Open manhole cover, very dangerous. Open wide enough for a bike tire to fall in. A rider will land on their face while decending down hill on D street. I actually broke my neck with the exact situation several years ago. Please have someone close and secure this cover asap. Thanks. SW corner of Bayview Street and D Street.
