Water from the top of Mooring road is collecting (no storm drain action) and then flowing down the gutter east to west and terminates in my driveways. There is no matching gutter or catchment system on the west side to continute directing the public watr to the storm drain at the bottom of the hill. As a result100% of the city's street runoff is being diverted directly onto my private driveway risking structural damage because our property borders the canal, standard gravity drainage cannot resolve this public water intrusion. Please assign a tracking Id to this case and have a public works engineer inspect the street grading and terminate the curb properly to divert public water away from my property line. The photos are screen shots of two videos that show the pooling of water on the upper road and then the flow down the gutters to my driveway. I was unable to upload the videos.
