human fecal mater and urine, garbage, drug paraphernalia on the 101 pedestrian over Crossing at the end of Paloma. this location really needs a weekly cleaning to keep our children who walk to school safe Or it needs to be patrolled more often by the police department so that the transients don't use it as their toilet
