When walking children to school access to the sidewalk is needed, especially with all the construction going on. We have knocked several times on the door of 230 Del Monte to talk to the neighbor but no answer, maybe they aren't home or don't answer to unknown people. We wanted to ask them to trim the green shrubs that are almost halfway over the sidewalk. What also doesn't help is there is a dark colored car parked over the curb onto the sidewalk in front of the green shrubs making the sidewalk even narrower and the neighbor at 228 also does the same with their light colored car. We have tried to talk to that neighbor at 228, a young adult male when we see him in the car but he is always smoking Marijuana and isnt able to focus for a conversation, and the Marijuana fumes are nauseating. We hope there is another way to help increase access to the sidewalk
